Also, your mouseover conditionals are missing "harm", which means that even if you have a target, but don't have a mouseover target, the macro does nothing. Keybindings take priority over modifiers in macros. Also, your mouseover conditionals are missing "harm", which means that even if you have a target, but don't have a mouseover target, the macro does nothing.
